Built-in auto-discovery and best-practices based monitored events provide valuable out-of-the box functionality. ProIT’s comprehensive reporting includes pre-configured management reports, as well as service level management (SLM), availability management, advanced capacity planning and trend analysis.
ProITs feature set is built upon three, primary functional modules:
Infrastructure Services Management (ISM) – This base package includes all functionality for doing network and systems management, including support for auto-discovery, the notification engine, the monitoring engine, support for operational workflow, a built-in knowledge base to support help desk and operational problem resolution, and reporting for core infrastructure performance and utilization.
Application Services Management (ASM) – includes service group creation and administration for application performance monitoring, as well as support for dependency mapping, asset tracking and business availability reporting. ISM is a prerequisite.
Business Services Management (BSM) – includes dashboards for integrating business and management information from other sources, service level management reporting, consolidated systems views and advanced reporting for details on application, service and business impact. ISM and ASM are prerequisites. |
