DT Job Tracker features a simple to use dashboard intended to allow telephone operators to capture the important details of a job in a fast but systematic manner.
Customers and Sites
DT Job Tracker understands the complex relationships between who pays for the work and where the work is located. Instead of having to make a note of where the job is located or where the invoice is to be sent, DT Job Tracker stores information about the customer, the site of the job, the invoice details and even the plot or unit details. The system can also be used to track job providers such as insurance companies or rental agencies separately from the job details.
Allocating Engineers
A sophisticated job allocation feature makes allocating jobs to the most appropriate engineer or technician an easy process. Important rules about job location and skill sets required can be included in the allocation process.
