Description |
Create service calls in the Service Calls Module and track them
from initiation to completion, and invoicing in QuickBooks. You can also create recurring service calls in the Scheduled Service Module.
When a service call or scheduled service is created, Service Management automatically updates your customer’s account information and service history, your inventory, and technician’s
service history. You may use either default labor and product or
equipment rates, or modify them on-the-fly for any specific order.
Once your service call or scheduled service is complete, Service
Management’s integrated design generates invoice information for QuickBooks, where you generate your actual bills. Your invoicing data is added to your existing QuickBooks database, eliminating duplicate information.
Service Control Services Requested and Performed. Enter unlimited free text describing the services
requested by your customer, and the services you provide in response.
Labor.
Always know exactly what your customers have. You can track the products and equipment you’ve sold to or installed at your customer’s site, or information about products and equipment provided by another service provider.
Materials.
Add equipment and products your customer requests, or are necessary to provide services.
Customer Account, Site & Billing. View your customer’s account, location and billing information—the module displays details from your QuickBooks database.
Equipment.
Always know exactly what your customers have. You can track the products and equipment you’ve sold to or installed at your customer’s site, or information about products and equipment provided by another service provider. Equipment can also be entered in the Customers Module.
Service Call and Invoice Histories.
Each service call record displays a complete list of service calls and invoices. And because even the invoices you generate by using Service Management are tracked directly in your QuickBooks database, your data is managed by a single source. |
