The TeVista Visibility Agent allows you to monitor network activity from every PC or Server on the network. This means it is easier and quicker to resolve problems as they occur because you can go straight to the cause.
The TVA can store historical information on the agent, which means that even if a problem occurred whilst there was no one around to see it, you can go back to the time when the problem occurred and solve it retrospectively.
In addition to all this the TVA can show you detailed overview of all network activity related to the segment that the PC or Server with the agent on it, which means that you can understand exactly what is happening on the network that may be affecting reliability or speed of performance.
