Description |

PremiTech’s Performance Guard supplements existing infrastructure management tools by providing a comprehensive, automated application monitoring solution that examines server response time while mapping hardware and software profiles of all clients.
Performance Guard is the only management tool to deliver exact measurement of system performance at the end-user level. It provides a real-time productivity view of the services received by end-users and enables IT departments to optimize system performance, increase productivity, reduce expenses on infrastructure and help-desk resources, and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
